Regarding Revision of Earnings Guidance

Fukui Bank, Ltd. has revised upward its consolidated earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026. Ordinary income is expected to increase by 27.6%, from the previous forecast of 10,500 million yen to 13,400 million yen, and net income attributable to owners of parent is projected to rise by 43.3%, from 6,000 million yen to 8,600 million yen. Individual performance is also expected to show significant growth with core business net profit at 12,300 million yen (up 23.0%), ordinary income at 14,500 million yen (up 19.8%), and net income at 10,500 million yen (up 34.6%). The main factors for these revisions include improvements in lending interest rates, increased interest and dividends on securities, and gains on stock sales.

Regarding Revision of Dividend Forecast (Dividend Increase)

The dividend forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has also been revised upward. The annual dividend will be increased by 33 yen from the previous total forecast of 75 yen to 108 yen. The year-end dividend has been raised to 79 yen, while the interim dividend remains unchanged at zero. This dividend increase reflects the approach based on the shareholder return policy targeting a payout ratio of around 30%, considering the upward revision of net income.
