Overview of Officer Changes

Osaka Steel Co., Ltd. has decided on changes to Representative Director and President Junichi Tani’s reappointment, as well as changes to directors, auditors, executive officers, and advisors at the 48th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for late June 2026 and the subsequent Board of Directors meeting. The changes include new and reappointed outside directors, reappointments and new appointments for auditors, and multiple reappointments and new appointments among executive officers, renewing the officer structure. Officers scheduled to retire are also clearly indicated, reflecting efforts toward continuous organizational strengthening.

Upcoming Procedures and Impact

These officer changes will be formally approved at the 48th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and subsequently finalized by the Board of Directors. Officers of subsidiaries will be determined following the AGM of each company. The reappointment of the Representative Director and President is expected to stabilize management, while the appointment of new outside directors and auditors will strengthen governance.
