Overview of Financial Results

For the fiscal year ending March 2026, net sales amounted to JPY 12,747 million (YoY 107.8%) and operating income was JPY 3,369 million (YoY 109.5%), achieving the 17th consecutive year of revenue growth and the 15th consecutive year of operating income growth. The gross profit margin remained stable at 51.4%, while the operating income margin improved by 0.4 points to 26.4%. Ordinary income increased to JPY 3,734 million (YoY 118.1%), and net income attributable to owners of the parent was JPY 2,686 million (YoY 122.7%).

Segment Performance and Factors Behind Earnings Growth

Sales of high value-added rental and subscription services centered on the DDS business increased, contributing to the growth in operating income. SG&A expenses rose 6.0% due to changes in the compensation system and increased marketing activity costs, but this was outweighed by the revenue gains. The number of transaction sites remained solid, and the repeat rate held high at 70.0%. The equity ratio improved by 0.8 points to 76.2%, further strengthening the financial foundation.
