PALTAC Corporation has resolved to construct a new logistics center (tentatively named RDC Kaizuka) in Kaizuka City, Osaka Prefecture, aiming for sustainable growth by responding to future environmental changes. The total investment is 34.9 billion yen, to be funded from internal resources. Considering the declining labor force, the new center will introduce AI, robotics technology, and new management methods to approximately double productivity compared to conventional levels. The design includes environmental considerations such as installing solar panels.

Outlook and Impact on Business Performance

Operation of the new logistics center is scheduled for March 2030, and at this time, the impact on this fiscal year's results is expected to be minimal. Since the center will be constructed on existing land, there will be no change to capital policy associated with the asset acquisition.
