Overview of Officer Changes

Ehime Bank, Ltd. announced at the Board of Directors meeting held on April 24, 2026, the officer changes planned to be formally approved at the 122nd Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for June 26, 2026, and the subsequent Board meeting. Tetsuya Nakamura, Managing Executive Officer and General Manager of Human Resources and Education, is scheduled to be appointed as Managing Director, and Fumiaki Matsubara is scheduled to become an Outside Director. Tetsuya Sasaki, Managing Executive Officer and General Manager of Planning, Public Relations and Finance, is selected as the candidate for Full-time Auditor. Directors and auditors scheduled to retire are also specified.

Changes in Executive Officers and Future Structure

Regarding executive officers, Koichi Nishiyama (Branch Manager of Yawatahama Branch and Kawanoseki Branch), Yoichiro Koike (Hiroshima Branch Manager), Daisuke Takada (Head of Securities International Department), and Kentaro Yano (Head of Ship Finance Department) are scheduled for new appointments. The planned officer structure as of June 26, 2026, is detailed, with Yoshinori Nishikawa continuing as President and CEO, accompanied by several Managing Directors, Outside Directors, Auditors, and Executive Officers assuming new roles. This is aimed at further strengthening management.
