Details of Earnings Guidance Revision

Ryukyu Bank, Ltd. has revised upward its consolidated and standalone earnings forecasts for the fiscal year ending March 2026. Consolidated ordinary income is expected to increase by 12.0%, from 11,500 million yen to 12,883 million yen, and net income attributable to owners of parent is projected to rise by 12.0%, from 8,000 million yen to 8,960 million yen. Similarly, the standalone ordinary income forecast has been raised by 10.6%, from 10,500 million yen to 11,614 million yen, while standalone net income is anticipated to increase by 10.5%, from 7,500 million yen to 8,288 million yen. The revisions are due to higher-than-expected securities interest and dividends, alongside lower expenses and credit-related costs.

Revision of Dividend Forecast (Dividend Increase)

The year-end dividend has been significantly increased from 27 yen to 61 yen, and the total annual dividend raised from 54 yen to 88 yen. This revision reflects a comprehensive consideration of retained earnings, operating performance, the financial environment, and future enhancement of shareholder value. Compared to the previous fiscal year's annual dividend of 38 yen, this represents a substantial increase.
