Overview of Financial Results

In the preliminary consolidated financial results for Q1 of the fiscal year ending December 2026, operating revenue was 16,234 million yen (25.1% YoY increase), operating income was 6,462 million yen (53.1% YoY increase), ordinary income was 6,435 million yen (80.3% YoY increase), and net income attributable to owners of parent for the quarter was 4,205 million yen (67.9% YoY increase). The results were primarily driven by a significant increase in CFD revenue, achieving the highest quarterly performance to date.

Regarding Revision of Dividend Forecast

The dividend forecast for the fiscal year ending December 2026 has been revised upward from the previous forecast of 42.08 yen to 54.76 yen per share annually. This forecast is calculated based on a payout ratio target of 65% applied to net income attributable to owners of parent for the quarter ended Q1, with dividends distributed equally on a quarterly basis. While prioritizing shareholder returns, the company also aims to enhance internal reserves for future growth. Dividends for the second quarter onward will be disclosed promptly based on business performance progress.
