Regarding the Election of Director Candidates

Yashima Electric Corporation has determined the director candidates to be submitted to the 82nd Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for June 2026. As director candidates (excluding directors who are Audit and Supervisory Committee members), the following five individuals are nominated for reappointment: Mr. Akio Ota, Representative Director Chairman and CEO; Mr. Shigeki Kiyomiya, Representative Director President and Group COO; Mr. Tadashi Matsuzaki, Director and Senior Executive Officer, General Manager of CMO Business Headquarters; Mr. Tomizo Oda, Director and Senior Executive Officer, General Manager of the CFO Management Headquarters; and Mr. Yosuke Okaya, Director and Senior Executive Officer, Deputy General Manager of the CHRO Management Headquarters. Additionally, Ms. Nao Kamiishi has been selected as a new director candidate.

Regarding Audit and Supervisory Committee Member Director Candidates and Alternate Candidates

As reappointed director candidates who are Audit and Supervisory Committee members, three individuals — Mr. Naohito Miya, Mr. Yutaka Yamauchi, and Mr. Junichi Iwase — have been elected. Furthermore, Mr. Sumio Shirai has been chosen as a reappointed alternate Audit and Supervisory Committee member director candidate. The new director candidate, Ms. Nao Kamiishi, is an outside director candidate with extensive experience as a lawyer.
