Consolidated results for the fiscal year ending February 2026 totaled sales of 17.42 billion yen (YoY +49.6%), operating income of 3.39 billion yen (YoY +37.8%), and net income attributable to owners of parent of 2.458 billion yen (YoY +36.6%). The acquisition of four subsidiaries expanded the overall group performance. Although profit margins temporarily declined due to the accelerated pace of M&A, profitability has been improving as PMI progresses. Shareholder Returns and Future Outlook

Under the dividend policy, the per-share dividend for the fiscal year ending February 2026 is planned to increase from 7.58 yen to 10.1 yen, strengthening shareholder returns. Going forward, the company aims for sustainable growth by advancing PMI of consolidated subsidiaries, creating new AI-related businesses, and maximizing synergies in IT infrastructure business.
