Overview of Changes in Directors and Others

At the board of directors meeting held on April 14, 2026, changes in directors and executive officers as well as changes in business delegation were approved. Tamayo Hasuda will be appointed as a new director, serving as Senior Executive Officer and in charge of Sales Headquarters and Sales Strategy Department. Additionally, Yukari Inoue is scheduled to be appointed as an outside director. Meanwhile, Yukio Imai, Director and Managing Executive Officer, is scheduled to resign. These changes will take effect after the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on May 28, 2026.

Changes in Business Delegation and Executive Officer Structure

In terms of business delegation for directors, Naoki Yokozeki will continue to serve as Executive Managing Officer, assisting the President and acting as General Manager of the Corporate Planning Office. Among executive officers, Kazuo Cho will be reassigned as Deputy General Manager of Sales Headquarters, responsible for Digital Promotion and Omnichannel Promotion, while Nobuhiro Hattori will be assigned as Head of Main Store and in charge of CRM promotion.
