Overview of Executive Personnel Changes

Erex Corporation has tentatively decided on executive personnel changes at the Board of Directors meeting on April 13, 2026. Mr. Daisuke Sakai and Ms. Setsuko Miyagawa have been selected as director candidates and are scheduled to be appointed at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 26, 2026. Additionally, Mr. Shin Tamura, Mr. Shigeru Kimura, and Ms. Setsuko Miyagawa are outside director candidates and will be registered as independent directors with the Tokyo Stock Exchange after appointment. Directors scheduled to retire have also been indicated.

Future Executive Structure and Impact

From June 26, 2026, the executive structure will confirm Mr. Hitoshi Honmyo continuing as Representative Director and President, with positions for Senior Managing Director, Managing Director, Director, and Outside Director established under the new structure.
