Revenue includes option premium income, realized gains and losses, and valuation gains and losses, but does not include unrealized gains and losses related to long-term held Bitcoin. The full-year revenue for the fiscal year ending December 2025 was JPY 8,581 million, and the trailing twelve-month cumulative revenue amounted to JPY 10,779.7 million, indicating a trend in revenue-generating capacity.

Positioning of the Bitcoin Income Business and Future Outlook

The Bitcoin Income Business utilizes a collateralized Bitcoin options strategy and is conducted through a dedicated income-generating portfolio. It is clearly separated from long-term held Bitcoin, and the capital from the income-generating portfolio may be incorporated into long-term held Bitcoin after the conclusion of derivative transactions. There are no changes to the consolidated earnings guidance for revenue and operating income for the fiscal year ending December 2026.
