Details of Proposed Executive Personnel Changes

At the board meeting held on March 30, 2026, current directors up for reappointment were nominated as director candidates, along with Kazuhiko Aoki (current executive officer) and Takahisa Matsumoto (former Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism official) as new candidates. Additionally, the scheduled resignations of Masashi Sakai and Kaoru Aizawa were announced. Audit & supervisory board member candidates and substitute candidates were also appointed, with Yukio Kiiha selected as a new substitute audit & supervisory board member candidate.

Executive Officer Appointments and Changes in Responsibilities

Regarding executive officers, in addition to multiple reappointments including President Kenji Yamaguchi, Jun Nakano, Takeshi Kuroda, Shinichi Nagano, Daisuke Ochiai, and Masaaki Takahashi were newly appointed as executive officers. Changes in assigned duties were also made, such as Izumio Fujii assuming the role of General Manager of the Corporate Planning Headquarters, aiming to strengthen the organizational structure. These personnel changes will be formally decided at the Annual General Meeting on June 23, 2026, and the subsequent board meeting.
