Overview of Changes in Directors and Others

At the Board of Directors meeting held on March 30, 2026, personnel changes were decided effective late June 2026. Mr. Takashi Murase is scheduled to be appointed as a director, moving up from General Manager of the Environmental Systems Division. Additionally, Mr. Hiromasa Kijima will be newly appointed as an outside director serving as a full-time audit and supervisory committee member. In terms of promotions, Mr. Susumu Yasuno will be promoted to Executive Director in charge of Administration, and Mr. Shinji Matsuo will be promoted to Executive Director overseeing the Environmental Systems Division and the Piping Materials Division.

Resigned Directors and Future Plans

The directors scheduled to resign are Mr. Hiroyuki Hikizuma (Executive Managing Director in charge of Sales) and Mr. Takao Fujizawa (Outside Director and full-time audit and supervisory committee member), both resigning in late June 2026. After his resignation, Mr. Hikizuma is expected to assume the position of advisor to the company. The change of directors serving as audit and supervisory committee members will be formally approved at the 78th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
