Overview of Change of Representative Directors

Airport Facilities Co., Ltd. plans to formally decide on the change of representative directors at the 57th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and Board of Directors scheduled for late June 2026. The current President and Representative Executive Officer, Mr. Shigeo Tamura, will assume the position of Chairman and Representative Executive Officer, while Executive Director and Senior Managing Executive Officer Mr. Osamu Sasaoka will become President and Representative Executive Officer. The change aims to pursue sustainable growth and enhance corporate value under a new management structure.

Background of the New Representative Director and Future Structure

Mr. Osamu Sasaoka was born on December 15, 1973. After graduating from the International Studies Department of Bunkyo University in 1997, he joined the company. He served as Deputy General Manager of the Sales Department, General Manager of the Corporate Planning Department, Director and Executive Officer, and since June 2025 has been serving as Executive Director and Senior Managing Executive Officer. He holds 10,592 shares (as of September 30, 2025). The executive officer system as of April 1, 2026, has been announced separately, and the officer structure following the Annual General Meeting will be notified upon determination.
