Tiger Investment Limited Partnership and Lion Investment Limited Partnership have extended the tender offer period for investment units of Sankei Real Estate Investment Corporation, which commenced on January 7, 2026, from the initially planned 30 business days until February 19, 2026, to 40 business days until March 6, 2026. The tender offer price remains unchanged at 125,000 yen. Due to the extension of the tender offer period, unitholders are granted the right to receive the dividend for the fiscal year ending February 2026 (forecasted at 2,773 yen), effectively increasing the amount receivable.

Unitholders who apply for the tender offer will be able to receive both the dividend and the tender offer price, and from the perspective of fairness, unitholders who do not apply are also scheduled to receive cash payments at a price without deducting the dividend.
