Details of Earnings Forecast Revision

The full-year consolidated earnings guidance for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised: net sales have increased by 1.2% from the previous forecast of 67,500 million yen to 68,300 million yen; operating income has increased by 8.9% from 5,600 million yen to 6,100 million yen; ordinary income has increased by 8.6% from 5,800 million yen to 6,300 million yen. Meanwhile, net income attributable to owners of parent remains unchanged at 4,100 million yen, with net income per share slightly decreasing to 140.66 yen.

Reasons for Revision and Segment Performance

The main reason for the revision is the recovery of the seismic isolation device performance testing equipment at the Ashikaga plant, which facilitated the delivery of delayed products, mitigating the impact on net sales and profits. By segment, net sales for General Bearing Equipment remained unchanged at 15,600 million yen, with segment profit increasing 7.7% to 1,400 million yen; Automotive Bearing Equipment sales remained unchanged at 34,000 million yen, with segment profit increasing 7.8% to 3,450 million yen; Structural Equipment sales increased 7.8% to 11,000 million yen, with segment profit rising 33.3% to 800 million yen; Building Equipment sales remained unchanged at 6,000 million yen, with segment profit decreasing 11.1% to 400 million yen.
