Notice Regarding Changes in Representative Executive Officers and Other Personnel Changes

Overview of Changes in Representative Executive Officers

At the Board of Directors meeting held on January 22, 2026, changes in representative executive officers effective April 1, 2026, were decided. Mr. Morikuni Shimoyamada will assume the position of Representative Executive Officer President, Mr. Yutaka Okada will assume the position of Representative Executive Officer Vice President, and the current Representative Executive Officer President Mr. Masaki Kushida will become Chairman of the Board. This will establish a two-person system of representative executive officers. These personnel changes coincide with the start of the 8th Medium-Term Management Plan and reflect succession planning and efforts to enhance corporate value.

Personnel Changes of Executive Officers and Executive Directors

Personnel changes for executive officers and executive directors were also decided as of April 1, 2026. Mr. Yuji Yukimoto and Mr. Hiroyuki Matsui will assume new roles as Executive Managing Officers, and multiple new appointments to executive directors have been made. The current Executive Chairman, Mr. Eizo Kobayashi, will be appointed as Special Advisor. Additionally, Audit & Supervisory Board Member Mr. Jun Akabane is scheduled to retire upon the expiration of his term on March 31, 2026.
