Solasto Corporation provides medical outsourcing services to medical institutions in Japan. It operates through the Medical Business, Nursing Care Business, Children's Business, and Others segments. The Medical Business segment offers medical administration, medical affairs, and hospital management support services, as well as various surveys and analyses in the fields of medical administration and hospital management, document preparation, lectures and training, and educational courses on medical administration services. Its Nursing Care Business segment provides nursing care services, including nursing homes, residential nursing homes, and serviced housing for the elderly, as well as day care and home help services. The Children's Business segment offers childcare services, such as licensed, certified, and small-scale childcare centers, as well as childcare centers for recovering children. Its Others segment operates its smart hospital business that provides remote medical fee billing services to medical institutions. Solasto Corporation was formerly known as N.I.C Corporation. The company was founded in 1965 and is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.
