Performance Overview

For the interim period of the current fiscal year, consolidated results were: revenue 1,578,139 thousand yen, operating income 190,727 thousand yen, ordinary income 189,341 thousand yen, and net income attributable to owners of parent 139,236 thousand yen, all exceeding the same period last year and reaching record highs. The accumulation of recurring revenue in the Sharomu segment and increased contract development revenue in the CuBe segment drove performance. Cost structure improvements, including controlled IDC expenses and goodwill amortization, substantially contributed to profit improvement. ROE improved to 14.7% and the equity ratio improved to 48.7%.

Segment Overview and Outlook

The Sharomu segment recorded revenue of 1,214,692 thousand yen and operating income of 153,994 thousand yen, achieving YoY increases in both revenue and profit. The CuBe segment posted revenue of 367,892 thousand yen and operating income of 29,826 thousand yen, returning to profitability; this includes goodwill amortization of 19,411 thousand yen. There is no change to the full-year forecast, and the company will continue to advance AI-related feature enhancements and strengthen its customer base.
