Summary of Revision to Earnings Guidance

We have revised the consolidated earnings guidance for the second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2027. Net sales are expected to be 24,100 million yen, operating income 1,360 million yen, ordinary income 1,560 million yen, interim net income attributable to owners of parent 1,080 million yen, and interim net income per share 40.91 yen. Compared with the prior forecast, net sales are projected to decrease by 900 million yen, while operating income, ordinary income and interim net income are each expected to exceed prior forecasts. The full-year guidance is currently under review and is scheduled to be announced at the financial results presentation to be published on November 11, 2026.

Background and Outlook

Although backlog construction work is progressing steadily, the assumed amount of project completions in the second half exceeded the initial expectation, resulting in profit items outperforming the prior forecast. The full-year outlook remains undecided and may change depending on future market conditions and construction progress.
