Total assets stood at 609,459 million yen, and the equity ratio decreased to 47.9% (previous term: 56.2%). Total assets increased due to goodwill recognition from the Greenlea acquisition. Cash and cash equivalents were 18,353 million yen; changes in cash were mainly driven by operating cash flows related to the settlement and capital expenditures for fixed assets. The change in the consolidation scope due to the acquisition of Greenlea resulted in the recognition of goodwill.
