Overview of Results

The Group achieved year-over-year revenue growth mainly driven by sustained releases of titles in their maturity phase and contributions from the back catalog, with operating income, ordinary income, and interim net income all reaching record highs. The release of new owned titles and additional content, together with stable revenue from IP businesses, contributed to results. In terms of financial position, total assets expanded due to increases in marketable securities and investment securities despite a decrease in cash and deposits. Regarding future forecasts, revisions to earnings guidance and dividend forecast were announced on October 26.

Business Segments and Outlook

The Entertainment segment continues to introduce new titles and expansion content, while the Amusement, Real Estate, and Other segments generally provided stable contributions. In September, major events and title information were released. As the second year of the fourth medium-term management plan, the company is building a growth foundation. Going forward, alongside upward revisions to forecasts, the company aims to expand revenue and profit through planned releases of additional titles and by strengthening overseas expansion.
