Nxera Pharma Co., Ltd., through a subsidiary, has entered into an exclusive license, supply and commercialization agreement with Synmosa Biopharma Corporation for the insomnia treatment QUVIVIQ® (daridorexant) covering Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Australia and New Zealand. Synmosa will lead regulatory approvals, market access, distribution and sales in each country, while the Nxera Pharma Group will be responsible for formulation supply and regulatory support. As consideration under the agreement, Nxera is entitled to receive an upfront payment, approval-related milestone payments, royalties based on sales, and product supply revenue.
