Performance Overview

In FY2025, sales expanded mainly in the mobility segment, achieving full-year net sales of 61,961 million yen, an increase of approximately 7.5% year-on-year. Despite higher costs and increased labor expenses, structural reforms and cost-reduction effects resulted in operating income of 5,436 million yen (roughly flat year-on-year). The company disclosed the findings of an independent committee and formulated measures to prevent recurrence. For FY2026, the company targets net sales of 67,000 million yen and operating income of 3,500 million yen, incorporating higher raw material prices and foreign exchange effects, and expects a decline in profits.

Prevention of Recurrence and Clarification of Management Responsibility

Based on the independent committee's findings, the company will promote a new corporate culture prioritizing compliance, safety, and quality; strengthen organizational governance; and enhance internal audit functions. Management responsibility has been clarified, including voluntary forfeiture of remuneration by the president and other directors. The company will instill a "Bad News First" approach and establish a system that values early reporting from the field.
