Notice of Appointment of Executive Officers

This is a notice regarding the appointment of executive officers, announcing new appointments and reappointments of executive officers, including the renewal as of October 1, 2026. Tatsuo Sugio will be reappointed as Chief Operating Officer and will oversee all executive operations as an executive officer. Also reappointed are Tsukasa Matsuura, Osamu Fukuda, Miho Moriyama, Yoko Hayashida, and Mayumi Sakajiri, who will oversee personnel & general affairs, legal, quality control & compliance, information systems, financial planning & accounting, corporate planning, IR, business planning, childcare business, new business, and global citizenship, among other areas, including CFO responsibilities. The appointments are made to strengthen the organizational governance and management structure due to term expirations.

This personnel change is driven by term expirations of current incumbents, aiming for stable operation of the executive officer framework. Under the new structure, strategic oversight and promotion of Corporate Planning, Finance & Accounting, IR, etc. are expected, with attention to how transparent governance and talent development reflect in the corporate strategy.
