Notice of Management and Audit & Supervisory Board Members’ Appointments

Samco Co., Ltd. has provisionalized changes to directors and to the audit & supervisory board effective October 27, 2026, at its Board of Directors meeting. New director candidate is Nobuchi Yamamoto; retiring director candidate is Masaki Murakami. New audit & supervisory board candidate is Takahiro Hazutsu; retiring audit & supervisory board candidate is Katahiro Nishio. The formal decision will be made at the 47th ordinary general meeting scheduled for the same day.

In the new management structure, Yamamoto will serve as a new director and head of the Corporate Planning Office and General Affairs Department (current position). Hazutsu will serve as a new audit & supervisory board member with qualifications as a certified public accountant and experience in audit practices. The officer changes are viewed as part of a governance-focused talent strategy, and the formal lineup will be disclosed after the decision.
