Performance overview

For the nine months ended, both revenue and operating income exceeded the previous year, reaching record highs. Large deals and FIFA-related orders are solid, and profitability is being stabilized through in-house production of print solutions and Order Goods, along with strengthened collaboration in the digital domain. The inclusion of Shinkaisha enhances production capacity and proposal capabilities, and the consolidation relocation of the Tokyo head office strengthens the base.

Outlook and key initiatives

Full-year guidance targets revenue of 5,000 million yen, operating income of 750 million yen, and net income of 504 million yen. The three-pronged strategy of ‘Market share expansion, capability expansion, and domain expansion’ will be pursued. Preparation for a full-scale rollout of new AI-driven businesses from FY2027 onwards. As the final year of the mid-term management plan, focus will be on productivity improvement, human resource development, and smart factory initiatives, with the dividend payout ratio target of 40% maintained. We aim to balance shareholder returns with investment.
