Notice Regarding Share Buyback

This is a notice disclosed pursuant to Article 165, Paragraph 2 of the Companies Act and the corresponding interpretive provisions, regarding the status of share buybacks. The shares acquired are ordinary shares, with a total acquisition of 1,619,000 shares and a total amount of 2,786,313,522 yen. The acquisition period was from August 1, 2026 to August 31, 2026, and the method was market purchases on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. For reference, at the May 13 board meeting, an upper limit of up to 16,000,000 shares (4.60% of outstanding shares) and up to 20,000,000,000 yen was set, and the cumulative acquisitions to date are 6,453,000 shares for a total of 10,914,227,181 yen.
