Notice regarding Executive Appointments

This notice informs of the execution of executive appointments as of August 26, 2026, based on resolutions at the ordinary general meeting of shareholders and the board of directors. It details new appointments and changes in responsibilities for directors who are not Audit and Supervisory Committee members, the structure of directors who are Audit and Supervisory Committee members, and personnel changes for executive officers (for reference).

Section 2 Heading

Specifically, Kenji Iijima will continue as President and Representative Director while maintaining current responsibilities such as overall management; Tomoki Miyamoto will serve as Director and Senior Executive Officer responsible for corporate strategy, sales function, and domestic Omnia LINK, continuing as CSO for management strategy. Yuko Nakase will serve as Director as above. As for changes in the Audit and Supervisory Committee, Takashi Nakajima will become an inside Director (full-time Audit and Supervisory Committee member), Hiroyuki Tomatsu and Miwako Ino will remain as outside Directors (Audit and Supervisory Committee/independent officers) with the same structure. Executive officer appointments have been decided as of August 26, 2026, with several individuals newly assigned to roles as of September 1.
