Notice on Expansion of Eligible Items for Shareholder Benefits (Digital Gift)

Overview

This notice announces, as part of changes to the shareholder benefit program, the addition of seven new digital gift items to the eligible list, bringing the total to 30 items. The target shareholders and basic policy for benefits remain unchanged, with benefits distributed twice a year on August and February year-ends. The newly added items include Apple Gift Card, Rakuten Points Gift, Ponta Points, WAON POINT, nanaco Gift, FamiPay Gift, and JAL Pay Points.

Benefit details and timing

Eligible shareholders are those with 200 shares or more; at the August end benchmark, 10,000 yen worth of digital gifts will be given, and at the February end benchmark, 5,000 yen worth of digital gifts will be given. The gifts are planned to be shipped within three months from the benchmark dates and will be enclosed with the interim dividend statement for the August benchmark and with the notice of convening of the ordinary general meeting for the February benchmark.
