During the period from December 1 to December 31, 2025, the company acquired 1,843,000 shares of treasury stock through market purchases on the Tokyo Stock Exchange at a total purchase price of 9,149,259,300 yen. As of December 31, 2025, the cumulative number of acquired shares stands at 2,932,000 shares, with a total purchase price of 14,618,806,000 yen. The upper limit for the number of shares that may be acquired is set at 6 million shares (1.36% of total issued shares), and the upper limit for the purchase price is set at 30 billion yen.
