Overview of the earnings forecast revision

This document communicates the revision for the interim cumulative period from April 1, 2026 to September 30, 2026 and the full-year period from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027, due to anticipated underperformance in the frozen foods segment and other factors caused by rising prices in the food industry and increased awareness of cost-saving measures. For the interim cumulative period, sales are expected to be 28.0 billion yen, operating loss of 200 million yen, ordinary loss of 200 million yen, interim net loss attributable to owners of the parent of 150 million yen, and net income per share of -12.40 yen. For the full year, sales are expected to be 58.0 billion yen, operating income 0.4 billion yen, ordinary income 0.4 billion yen, net income attributable to owners of the parent 0.2 billion yen, and net income per share of 16.53 yen. No change to the dividend forecast.
