Kanpo Life Insurance and SCOR have signed a memorandum to consider a treaty reinsurance transaction and equity investment in a reinsurance vehicle before privatization. Details will be discussed going forward, with an expected initiation of the reinsurance transaction upon final agreement and required approvals.
