ZIGExN is scheduled to formally decide on executive appointments and the new management structure at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on June 24, 2026. The new executive team will include CEO Takashi Hirao and several other officers.
In the first quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2027 individual financial statements, dividend income of 1,711 million yen from consolidated subsidiaries will be recorded as non-operating income. There is no impact on consolidated earnings.
On June 1, 2026, ZIGExN Co., Ltd. will succeed the Lease Business and other operations of its consolidated subsidiary Hoken Mammoth Co., Ltd. through a simplified absorption-type company split. As consideration, ordinary shares equivalent to 418 million JPY will be issued.
Consolidated revenue for Q3 FY2026 was 25.45 billion yen, a 9.5% YoY increase; operating income was 5.657 billion yen, a 4.9% YoY increase; net income attributable to owners of parent amounted to 3.872 billion yen, a 1.9% YoY increase.
Revenue was JPY 20,891 million (YoY +13%), operating income was JPY 4,161 million (YoY +1%), net income attributable to owners of parent was JPY 2,893 million (YoY +3%). Progress rates against FY2026 earnings guidance were 75% for revenue and 71% for operating income.
In January 2026, 46,100 shares of treasury stock were acquired for 21,450,700 yen. The cumulative shares acquired total 1,210,700 shares with a purchase cost of 553,883,900 yen. The acquisition period is from May 15, 2025, to March 31, 2026.
