For the fiscal year ending January 2026, consolidated net sales were ¥23,883 million (26.3% YoY increase), operating income was ¥5,902 million (12.3% YoY increase), and net income attributable to owners of parent was ¥5,515 million (11.1% YoY increase).

Candidates for directors and audit & supervisory board members to be proposed at the 48th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for April 27, 2026, have been determined. The new candidate for Audit & Supervisory Board Member is Mr. Satoru Shibuya.

A partial amendment to the Articles of Incorporation to shorten the term of directors from the current two years to one year is scheduled to be approved at the shareholders meeting on April 27, 2026.
