Daiwa House REIT Investment Corporation acquired 21,797 units of treasury investment units in December 2025 for a total of 3,081,301,900 yen, and acquired a total of 50,633 units for 6,999,940,400 yen over the entire period. All units are scheduled to be canceled in the fiscal year ending February 2026.
