Revised consolidated earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 to net sales of 34,000 million yen (6.3% increase from previous forecast), operating income of 4,100 million yen (36.7% increase), and net income attributable to owners of parent of 3,200 million yen (52.4% increase).

In the third quarter of FY2026, net sales were ¥20,458 million (YoY △21.4%), operating income was ¥1,777 million (YoY △39.6%), and quarterly net income attributable to owners of parent was ¥1,622 million (YoY △88.7%).

Executive officer personnel changes effective April 1, Reiwa 8. Multiple position changes including promotion to Managing Executive Officer and Senior Executive Officer were resolved.
