Tokyu Construction Co., Ltd. has resolved to transition from a company with a Board of Auditors to a company with an Audit and Supervisory Committee, subject to approval at the 23rd Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for late June 2026.

For the third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026, consolidated net sales were 239.56 billion yen (21.7% year-over-year increase), operating income was 10.328 billion yen (225.0% year-over-year increase), and quarterly net income attributable to owners of the parent was 7.969 billion yen (183.2% year-over-year increase).

Consolidated net sales for the third quarter of FY March 2026 totaled JPY 69,848 million (down 5.2% YoY), operating income was JPY 4,513 million (up 9.5% YoY), and net income attributable to owners of the parent for the quarter was JPY 2,987 million (up 9.5% YoY).
