Eight director candidates and one auditor candidate to be proposed at the 41st Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for June 2026, including one newly appointed outside director candidate.

For the third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026, net sales were JPY 146,716 million (9.5% YoY decrease), operating income was JPY 6,306 million (28.8% YoY decrease), and net income attributable to owners of the parent was JPY 5,030 million (9.8% YoY decrease).

As of April 1, 2026, Takayoshi Miyamoto will assume the position of Representative Director and President, and Atsuyuki Tokushige will become Representative Director and Chairman, implementing a change in the management structure.
