Caron Holdings Co., Ltd. has extended the tender offer period for shares of Mandom Corporation from January 5, 2026 to January 20, 2026, and has also changed the settlement start date from January 13, 2026 to January 27, 2026.

From December 1 to December 31, 2025, Dai Nippon Printing Co., Ltd. acquired 1,729,800 shares of treasury stock for 4,606,468,950 yen. The cumulative number of shares acquired reached 15,894,200 shares, with a total acquisition cost of 38,102,894,500 yen.
