For the third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026, consolidated net sales were 1,885.603 billion yen (2.6% increase YoY), operating income was 27.230 billion yen (8.6% decrease YoY), and net income attributable to owners of parent for the quarter was 31.014 billion yen (1.1% increase YoY).

On April 1, 2026, the manufacturer logistics contract business of consolidated subsidiary SD Collabo will be transferred by a simplified incorporation-type company split to the newly established company Collabo Create. Simultaneously, assets related to the manufacturer logistics contract business of SD Logi will be transferred by absorption-type company split to Suzuken, implementing an organizational restructuring.

In January 2026, 403,200 common shares were acquired for 2,535,752,000 yen, bringing the cumulative number of shares acquired to 3,978,800 and the total acquisition price to 22,920,775,900 yen.
