Mr. Kimiki Watanabe will assume the position of Representative Executive Officer of Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Holdings, Inc. effective April 1, 2026, and Mr. Nobuaki Yamaguchi will retire as Representative Director of Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Limited effective March 31, 2026.

For the nine months ended March 2026, consolidated ordinary income was ¥2,111,247,120,000 (up 1.6% YoY), ordinary profit was ¥329,642,000,000 (up 5.5% YoY), and net income attributable to owners of parent for the quarter was ¥266,673,000,000 (up 18.0% YoY).

Based on the Board of Directors resolution on November 12, 2025, 6,572,800 shares of treasury stock were acquired and the acquisition has been completed. The total acquisition value amounts to approximately 29,998,754,000 yen. All shares are scheduled to be canceled on March 18, 2026.
