Decided changes to executive officers effective April 1, 2026, and preliminarily determined changes to officers subject to election at the 163rd Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for late June.

Resolved to voluntarily apply IFRS from the fiscal year ending March 2029 and to commence disclosures based on IFRS from the first quarter onward.

For the third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026, net sales were JPY 398.722 billion (3.8% Year-over-Year increase), operating income was JPY 50.236 billion (6.8% Year-over-Year increase), and net income attributable to owners of the parent for the quarter was JPY 39.087 billion (8.1% Year-over-Year increase).

Shimadzu Corporation has decided to acquire all shares of Glass HoldCo s.r.o. and make Tescan Group a.s. its wholly owned subsidiary.
