Kenji Onaka and Tomoki Iguchi have been nominated as new representative directors, while current representative directors are expected to retire at the end of their terms.

In January 2026, 231,900 shares of treasury stock were acquired at a total acquisition price of 2,063,144,892 yen. The cumulative number of shares acquired is 2,219,900 shares, with a total acquisition price of 17,940,270,722 yen.

From December 1 to December 31, 2025, SANKYU Inc. acquired 216,600 shares of treasury stock at a total amount of 1,834,702,991 yen, bringing the cumulative total to 1,988,000 shares acquired for 15,877,125,830 yen.
