As of April 1, 2026, Mr. Mitsuo Sakurabayashi will assume the position of Representative Director, President and Executive Officer. The current President, Mr. Takuya Mori, will become Chairman of the Board.

For the third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026, net sales amounted to 114,072 million yen (10.8% increase YoY), operating income was 12,326 million yen (12.8% increase YoY), and net income attributable to owners of the parent was 8,353 million yen (14.7% increase YoY).
