OMRON Corporation will transfer its Device & Module Solutions business to a successor company through an absorption-type split effective July 1, 2026, and plans to transfer all shares of the successor company to TCG2602 Co., Ltd. on October 1, 2026.

Net sales for the third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 were JPY 614.2088 billion, up 6.0% year-over-year, operating income was JPY 33.955 billion, down 5.7%, and quarterly net income attributable to owners of the parent was JPY 14.338 billion, a 99.6% increase.

Cumulative Q3 sales for fiscal 2025: 614.3 billion yen (YoY +6.0%), operating income: 33.9 billion yen (YoY -5.7%), net income attributable to owners of parent: 14.3 billion yen (YoY +99.6%)
