From February 1 to February 28, 2026, Nippon Kayaku Co., Ltd. acquired 73,000 shares of treasury stock totaling 129,898,600 yen. The cumulative number of acquired shares reached 10,425,600 shares with a total acquisition amount of 14,777,137,750 yen.
