Completed the acquisition of 112,818 shares (99.7% voting rights) of Manac Co., Ltd. as of February 27, 2026, making it a subsidiary. Net sales for the fiscal year ending December 2024 were JPY 5,987 million.

Personnel changes to directors, executive officers, and other positions will be implemented effective April 1, 2026. This includes changes and new appointments of key executives.

For the third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026, consolidated net sales were JPY 27,589 million (down 3.7% YoY), operating income was JPY 1,868 million (down 7.6% YoY), and quarterly net income attributable to owners of parent was JPY 2,741 million (down 11.0% YoY).

Nippon Hume Corporation plans to acquire over 90% of the shares of Manac Co., Ltd. and make it a subsidiary. The acquisition price is undisclosed, with the transfer scheduled for execution on 2026-02-27.
