Nagowa Co., Ltd. acquired 129,100 shares of treasury stock through an off-auction purchase transaction (ToSTNeT-3) on March 6, 2026, totaling 774,600,000 yen, and completed the acquisition.

On March 27, 2026, 4,500 shares of treasury stock will be disposed of as restricted stock compensation to 45 employees at a price of 6,220 yen per share, totaling 27,990,000 yen.
